Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PreShoot and its related services.

By accessing or using PreShoot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

PreShoot provides AI-powered content ideation, creator assistance, and content planning tools.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts

Users may create accounts using supported authentication providers such as Google Login.

You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. A suspended account cannot use authenticated PreShoot APIs and cannot obtain a new session until an operator restores it. Restoring access does not, by itself, grant a paid plan.

Operators may review usage metadata (successful operation counts, token totals, estimated AI cost, and account status) and may suspend accounts after review. Unusual usage flags do not automatically ban an account. Operator actions are recorded in an internal audit log. That process does not, by itself, give operators a viewer for your scan images, ideas, Studio documents, or Director conversations.

3. AI-Generated Content

PreShoot uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, ideas, recommendations, and outputs.

AI-generated outputs:

Users are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all generated outputs before use.

4. Third-Party Reference Links (YouTube & CapCut)

To keep every idea grounded in something you can actually watch and use — not just a text description — PreShoot runs creative research for each idea and recommends YouTube reference videos and CapCut template searches matched to that idea’s subject, style, and edit intent. Recommendations may include curated shortlists (with public metadata such as titles and thumbnails when available) or precision search links to publicly available content on those platforms.

PreShoot does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party videos or templates. Use of YouTube and CapCut is subject to their own respective terms of service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may:

Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

PreShoot, including its branding, software, interface, and systems, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the rights necessary for PreShoot to operate the service.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Features may change, be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreShoot and its operators shall not be liable for:

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PreShoot at any time if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of PreShoot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
