1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts

Users may create accounts using supported authentication providers such as Google Login.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
Any activity conducted through your account
Providing accurate account information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Content

PreShoot uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, ideas, recommendations, and outputs.

AI-generated outputs:

May not always be accurate
Should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or business advice
May occasionally contain errors or unexpected results

Users are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all generated outputs before use.

4. Third-Party Reference Links (YouTube & CapCut)

To keep every idea grounded in something you can actually watch and use — not just a text description — PreShoot automatically links each generated idea to relevant YouTube reference videos and CapCut templates. These links are generated searches pointing to publicly available content, designed to give you real creative inspiration alongside the AI-written idea, hook, and shot guide.

PreShoot does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party videos or templates returned by these links. Use of YouTube and CapCut is subject to their own respective terms of service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may:

Renew automatically unless cancelled
Be managed through Stripe or other payment providers
Be subject to pricing changes in the future

Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

Use PreShoot for illegal activities
Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
Upload harmful, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content
Use the platform to violate intellectual property rights
Abuse AI systems or attempt unauthorized access

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

PreShoot, including its branding, software, interface, and systems, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the rights necessary for PreShoot to operate the service.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Features may change, be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreShoot and its operators shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Reliance on AI-generated outputs

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PreShoot at any time if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of PreShoot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
